Can we insert orthotics?

There is absolutely no wearing orthotics with Sockwa. It defeats the whole idea of strengthening your feet if you wear orthotics.

Will they work for walking in a rainforest?

You can walk anywhere with them.

Can you go into water with them on?

Yes, you can go in the water with all Sockwa shoes and beach socks.
Many users use them for paddle boarding, surfing, etc..

How long will they hold up if worn daily?

Too many factors can affect the wear and tear of shoes. We have been
making shoes since 2010 and our clients come back year in year out to buy
their Sockwa. We have clients that contact us to proudly tell us that they
are still wearing the shoes they bought 10 years ago.

Can I bike ride with them on?

You could and many people do but it would feel like peddling barefoot.
