The rectangular-shaped silicone piece brings together the functions of a coaster and a resting place for utensils in the form of an inwards sloping edge. This secondary corrugated surface also pulls round objects towards the carved slot much like a magnet.

In 2011, Kitmen began his collaboration with Belgian furniture label Sixinch on the debut project 'Dual Cut' and the work started selling to stores in Europe and Japan later that year. In 2012, he also launched his studio's line in partnership with company Obserf Limited.
