Although small in size, the Snake River Farms Mini-Karver Ham packs all the flavor of our full-sized hams into a versatile size that’s perfect for a smaller circle of friends. The Mini-Karver is a scaled down bone-in ham made with the same signature recipe, hardwood smoke and loving care we use to make their full-sized hams.
Like all Snake River Farms hams, the Mini-Karver is pre-cooked from the smoking process. However, it's highly recommend heated it for the best finished flavor. Preparing these hams is simple and fool proof. Simply heat in a 325 degree oven and heat until the internal temperature is 140 degrees. While you’re free to get creative with glazes, these Kurobuta hams are delicious simply heated and served without any extra ingredients.
