New and Improved! The Double Century RTX is a super light and packable shell for long miles in the saddle. Featuring Artex 2.5DC tech fabric, this ultra-light waterproof-breathable cycling jacket offers a drier next to skin feel than your average 2.5 layer jacket.

Artex Hardshell 2.5DC fabric is named for the revolutionary Double Charcoal print that wicks moisture and lifts the membrane layer off your skin, offering a softer, drier feel than other 2.5 layer fabrics; without adding bulk. The waterproof-breathable membrane and DWR (durable water repellent) finish provide reliable protection from rain and wind.

With the same cut and many great features of our popular Elite 2.1 jacket, the Double Century RTX offers a lighter weight (Men’s size Medium weighs 11.2oz), more packable (fits in a jersey pocket) option, perfect for long rides in variable conditions.

Adding to the RTX’s ability to fend off wet weather are fully taped seams, compatibility with our Rain Hood (sold separately), and a drop tail to protect against tire spray. When temperatures rise, our jacket rises to the occasion with 7 venting options to keep you cool (2 core vents, 2 cuff vents, a two way front zipper and back vent). 360o of 3MTM ScotchliteTM Reflective Material trim keep you visible from all angles. A large back pocket and chest pocket with audio port provide ample storage capacity. Long sleeves provide full wrist coverage and accommodate reach while on the bicycle. A micro chamois lining at the collar is just one of the many little details that make this jacket stand above the rest.
