SHFT utilizes a sensor placed on your foot to accurately track and analyze your running technique. This sensor is equipped with an accelerometer, a gyroscope (position sensor), and a magnetometer to evaluate your running style using 10 different metrics. The sensor then sends your running data to your smart device via bluetooth and to provide feedback and training instructions to optimize how you run.
