The Oasi collection, with its nordic design, is characterized by the perfectly cylindrical form of the body, the imposing design of the handles, and the generous thickness of the material. From a technical point of view, Oasi has a special patented encapsulated heat-diffusing base, which allows it to be used on gas, electric, glass-ceramic and induction hobs. All steel cookware pieces are made with this special thermo-diffuser bottom patented by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - made up of a core of pure aluminum sandwiched between stainless steel layers.

Serafino Zani produces its pots and pans at its Brescia Lumezzane plant using exclusively high-quality 18/10 stainless steel. This is the only material that guarantees optimal hygiene in contact with food, lasts a lifetime, and is very easy to clean and maintain. The lids fit perfectly, therefore allowing the food to keep its natural moisture. This results is healthier, tastier, and more nourishing cooking.
