Distilled using the exacting one-shot London Dry method, Start Point is a classic citrus led gin that is elegantly smooth, distinct, and complex yet extremely versatile. The iconic Start Point lighthouse marked the beginning of the 19th century voyages of the Salcombe Fruit Schooners which carried the exotic goods, fruits, and spices, and serves as the inspiration for this gin’s signature flavour.

Start Point is created using the finest Macedonian juniper berries selected for their high limonene content and the fresh citrus peels of red grapefruit, lemon, and lime which are hand peeled each day prior to distillation. A further nine botanicals including English coriander seed, cardamom, cubeb berries, liquorice, and angelica root are used to create this exceptionally smooth spirit.

Tasting Notes
Start Point has distinct notes of red grapefruit along with heady, earthy pine notes from the Macedonian juniper. It is perfectly balanced with warming spiced aromas on the nose. Rich, full and incredibly smooth on the palate, with a touch of earthy sweetness from liquorice and angelica root. The finish is fresh, lingering and balanced whilst lengthened by green cardamom. This gin is best served on its own over ice or with a premium Indian tonic water and a slice of red grapefruit.

Rosé Sainte Marie is delicate, fresh, and truly exquisite dry pink gin named after the iconic Sainte Marie lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille. Inspired by the aromas, flavors and lifestyle of the Mediterranean, it is reminiscent of a balmy summer’s evening sat outside on the terrace of your favourite restaurant, watching the world go by. Rosé Sainte Marie can be enjoyed from the beginning to the end of a meal, as an aperitif or digestif, on the beach or beside the pool, but always when you need a little Mediterranean sunshine in your life. It was awarded Double Gold Medal Winner at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition as well as a Double Gold at the 2020 SIP Awards.

Rosé Sainte Marie is handcrafted with no added sugar, flavorings, or colorings, and is blended with naturally soft water from Dartmoor National Park. Its natural pink hue is derived from unsweetened red fruits. Macedonian juniper berries provide structure in the background, partnered with a natural, but not overpowering natural soft sweetness from strawberries and angelica. Fresh citrus peels of lemon and orange are combined with ten further hand sourced botanicals including lemon verbena, rose petals, orange blossom and pink peppercorns to create this truly exceptional gin that is elegantly soft and smooth.

Tasting Notes
Rosé Sainte Marie has fragrant notes of fresh lemon peel and Provence herbs are complemented by the natural sweetness of red fruit and the distinctive perfume of white flowers and orange blossom carried on a sea breeze. Lavender and lemon verbena, along with a hint of white pepper, add subtle finesse. On the palate it has fullness and intensity whilst remaining smooth with an endearing and lingering softness to finish.

Enjoy on its own over ice or with a premium Indian tonic water and a slice of strawberry to accentuate the bouquet of red fruit, or a twist of fresh lemon peel to bring the fragrant citrus to the fore.
