What karat is the gold plating?

The plating is 24 karat.

Can I get it all red beads?

No, you cannot get all red beads. The red tiger eye is achieved by burning the original (yellow) tiger eye. When burning it is possible that the stone is not a pure red and that it has brown traces.

Does it stretch?

This type of bracelet uses a nylon cord, that is not stretchy. This type of cord goes with a macramé knot, which allows one to open and close the bracelet.
