Waterbrook Winemaker's Smoked Salmon
Working with their friends at Waterbrook Winery of Walla Walla, Washington to create this special culinary celebration of their region, SeaBear brushes the wild Alaskan Coho salmon with a glaze of Waterbrook wine, and smoke it using vines and American Oak Chardonnay wine barrels from their vineyards. The result is a wonderfully moist Pacific Northwest smoked salmon with subtle, complex layers of flavor.

Bourbon & Brown Sugar Smoked Salmon
SeaBear's friends at Heritage Distilling Co. soak oak chips in Elk Rider Bourbon, which SeaBear uses to smoke this wild salmon fillet after packing it in brown sugar and a touch of Elk Ride Bourbon prior to entering the smoker. It's a moist, flaky, delicious smoked salmon with beautiful color and a subtle touch of sweetness.

BeerGarden Smoked Salmon
Brined in a locally-produced craft ale and topped with cracked black pepper for a hearty smokehouse flavor that’s perfect with a cold craft beer.

Garlic Lover's Smoked Salmon
With garlic in the brine, a light brushing of garlic olive oil, and minced garlic (along with cracked black pepper) on top, this is every garlic lover’s dream come true.

Sweet & Savory Smoked Salmon Strips
