Salvador Dalí // Swans Reflecting Elephants
Product Description
In Swans Reflecting Elephants, c.1937 Salvador Dali explors hallucinatory mirror images as a part of what he described as a "spontaneous method of irrational understanding based upon the interpretative critical association of delirious phenomena." About the Designer
Spanish artist Salvador Dalí (1904 – 1989) was a groundbreaking icon of the Surrealist movement and one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. Extraordinarily imaginative, he also sculpted, and contributed to fashion, photography and theater. His surreal paintings are characterized by a refined sense of light and space often attributed to his study of Renaissance master works. In contemporary art, Dalí is now a master of his own movement.
