Saint Luna is a crystal clear and pure spirit. This premium moonshine is handcrafted in small batches from locally sourced molasses and rye with the purest of water, then charcoal filtered to remove any impurities. It is full, sweet, and spicy on the nose with aromas of vanilla, caramel, and rye. Soft and pleasing on the tongue, with a complex array of flavors that emit as vanilla, cinnamon, and smoked pepper, followed by a leathery sweet background, finished smooth.

Peppered Pear
Muddle pear and then add pepper, Saint Luna, syrup, lime. Shake and then pour in a martini glass. Garnish with a quarter twist of pepper on top of drink.

Ingredients:
— 2 oz. Saint Luna Moonshine
— 1/2 oz. of Fresh Lime Juice
— 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
— Half A Ripe Pealed Pear
— Half Turn Of Pepper
— Quarter Twist Of Pepper As Garnish

Lunar Paloma
Serve over rocks, stirred. Garnish with a lemon and mint

— 2 oz. San Pellegrino (Grapefruit)
— 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
— 1/2 oz. Honey Water (Equal Parts Honey & Water)
— Lemon Slice & 3-4 Mint Leaves As Garnish
