The Industrial Sawhorse Dining Table or Executive Desk is based on features taken from vintage machine-age workbenches and drafting desks. This handsomely handcrafted piece integrates a solid hardwood center-beam stretcher connecting two ductile cast-iron bases reminiscent of vintage French and American industrial styles. The curved distressed-black bases draw contrast that complement the horizontal wooden beam, joists, and the table's substantial 2.5" solid hardwood top. Riveted iron bands around the table's wooden top add incremental grit, enhancing the table's industrial character. The top, beam, and joists have been stained smoky gray and sealed to provide a smooth matte finish.
