One of the rarest, highest quality tuna cuts in the world the Toro is cut from the tuna belly which has a lot of marbling and melts in your mouth! It is recommended that the toro be consumed as sashimi or nigiri. However, all of the Super Frozen Tuna products can be consumed in any way that you would like: sashimi, nigiri, seared, or turned into poke.

The Super Frozen Tuna is caught by longline and frozen at -75F on the super frozen boats immediately before rigor mortis happens, making these products fresher than fresh. And with no additives, you can enjoy the pure, clean taste of incredible tuna.
