Does the heat effect the year longevity of the rose?

Regular living temperature will not affect the rose, only extremes.

Does it come already put together or is there some assembly required?

Minor assembly is required.

What is the sealing process to ensure follow on roses, post initial replacement, last as long as the original? Are any gasses utilized inside the dome?

There are no gasses inside the glass dome. Keeping the unit away from direct sunlight and not exposing the rose to bacteria is the best way to preserve rose quality.

Can you reuse the dome?

Yes, the dome is reusable!
