The Rolflex Pro is the ultimate total body massager specifically designed based on the anatomy and biomechanics of the human body, creating a unique shape that provides awesome leverage with laser-focused pressure. The firm yellow foam roller is also 30% harder than the standard Rolflex's green foam roller. The ergonomic clam-shape design allows you to effectively foam roll about 95% of your body.

How would it work on bigger surface areas like the back, glutes or shoulders?

In order to work on your neck, shoulders, back and/or glutes with the RolflexPro, remove the therapy arm of the RolflexPro from the stabilization arm and you attach the multi-strap (included with the RolflexPro).
