With this adjustable kettlebell, customization is the name of the game. It combines seven kettlebells into one, enabling you to adjust the weight from 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 or 40 pounds. You can even perform high rep or low rep workouts of the same movement by simply adjusting the weighted plates with the slide of the lever.

To adjust the weight on this kettlebell, just place your thumb or index finger in the circle on the top and slide it towards you. Rotate the lever all the way to the right to unlock the weight plates in the center, then remove the plates to select your desired weight. Slide the lever on top back towards the left to set it in the locked position, and your ready to get to work.
