“Our technicians have reached the maximum of what machine-based production is capable of. The length of the stems took them to the limits of technical feasibility. And that’s what inspired the name Riedel Max,” explains Maximilian Riedel, 11th generation managing director of the family business.

The Champagne glass is perfect for light, fresh, dry champagnes. The shape emphasizes the wine's fresh fruitiness while tempering its high acidity and bringing out its characteristic red berry and pinewood aromas. This is also the ideal glass from which to enjoy typically tart, dry rosé wines.
