The Baume & Mercier Capeland Chronographic Automatic is a cutting-edge, handsome watch for the classic man. Featuring a brushed and polished stainless steel case, a stainless steel screw-in caseback, and a white dial with silver subdial rings, the watch is both appealing and practical. Its silvertone luminescent hands, black Arabic numerals, and the date window between the 4 and 5 o'clock positions distinguish it from other similar pieces. It also comes with a small seconds subdial at the 9 o'clock position, a chronograph function with a sweep second hand, a 30 minute counter at the 3 o'clock position, and a 12 hour counter at the 6 o'clock position. With tachymeter and telemeter scales displayed around the frame, anti-reflective scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and Swiss automatic movement, it's the perfect marriage of form and function. The Capeland comes with a power reserve of 48 hours, it's water-resistant up to 165 feet, and with a brown leather strap with white stitching and a deployment clasp, it features the bespoke details that elevate it to a work of wearable art.
