This ancient Egyptian tomb statue features an oversized gold-gilded, linen shrouded ushabti, limestone finely carved in the likeness of pharaoh Tutankhamun's sarcophagus (it was popular in ancient Egypt to include one or more ushabti tomb statues commemorating the recently departed pharaoh for help in passage to the afterlife as an intermediary between the gods), wearing the Uraeus crown (the stylized rearing cobra used as a symbol of sovereignty, royalty, deity and divine authority in ancient Egypt), a tripartite wig and plaited divine beard.
