Product Description

This specially-curated collection from RARE-T features a staggering array of replica props and signature weapons from the world of classic movies, comics and video games, brought to you by the best in the entertainment business. Handmade by talented artists from around the world, each and every one of these unique keepsakes represents a pop culture icon in vivid color and impeccable detail.

Pay homage to Highlander with this iconic Longsword. This accurately detailed prop is a tribute to the sword first used in the award winning movie Highlander, by the iconic character Connor Macleod. Forged by hand out of 440 stainless steel, and measuring an impressive 50.5 inches, this MacLeod Family longsword most notably has "MacLeod" inscribed on the unique arched guard. It is never revealed where or when exactly Connor got the sword. Though it is known that he used it from the time of his first battle with the Kurgan in 1536 (while battling Clan Frazer), up until the death of his wife Heather MacLeod in 1590. He left it at her burial site to serve as a headstone. He then set out, taking Ramirez's katana with him in its stead as he left his homeland. Following the breaking of his sword at the hands of Kane, Connor would revisit Heather's grave. Though worn by time, it was still where he had left it. Comes complete with a wooden plaque.
