This original Lone Star Beer Vintage Bar Display is 11 inches of hand-sculpted chalkware, and features the brand's iconic armadillo, which became the official Texas state mascot thanks to LONE STAR "The National Beer of Texas", in 1884. It even includes the original beer bottle that the armadillo is drinking! Never intended for resale, the exact production date of this bar accessory unknown, but the chalkware version is from long before both the metal and plastic versions. The armadillo is in unbelievably good original condition considering these pieces mostly haven't survived. It's only slightly used and abused from exposure to the elements, with a finish that's as close to perfection as you can find.
