Raka Mod's handcrafted Rolling Side Table is as beautiful as it is functional. Made from reclaimed pallet wood, this storage table features a look that will go with any decor. The copper casters make it functional to move around and the chalk board label clearly displays whatever contents you to choose to put inside. Raka Mod's goal is to restore as much of each piece of wood as possible, without taking away the essence of reclaimed wood. As you look closely, you will notice knots, nail holes, and tool marks which are proudly selected to be displayed as a way to show its history of a previous life as well as its originality. The beauty of their reclaimed pieces is that not one piece is identical to the last. While the design remains the same, each piece is completely original and one of a kind.

About the Designer
RAKA MOD is a furniture design studio, located in Birmingham AL, which originated from a husband & wife's shared passion for interior design. While searching for a very specific modern/rustic table for one of their latest redecorating projects, Karla grew frustrated that this style was nowhere to be found. Ray bought some tools and decided to put his skills to work & out of that sparked an interest in furniture design & woodworking that he never knew he had.
They love the juxtaposition of clean lines in modern design with that of old, rustic, weathered materials. Each piece is personally handcrafted by Ray and not one is identical to the last, making every individual piece one of a kind.
