The Jackson Cannon Bar Knife is a gorgeously crafted blade, crafted from high carbon stainless steel that is precision ground, hand-edged and honed for a superior, razor sharp cutting edge. Its squared off blade tip is perfect for notching fruit, removing seeds and slicing off citrus peels. The full tang is triple brass riveted to handle for ideal strength, weight and balance, and its handle is crafted from stabilized cocobolo, a durable handsome tropical hardwood which contains moisture-resistant natural oils. It even makes it easier to facilitate workstation clean-up by scraping counters with the flush blade underside.
