FAQ
Can these pans be used on high heat without damage to the non-stick surface? Do these pans need to be seasoned?

Yes, only note the handle is made out of wood and cannot be placed in the oven/on the BBQ.
These pans arrive pre-seasoned. You can season them from time to time, this will preserve their quality longer.

Does the weight affect the ability to retain heat?

No, the pan still perfectly retains the heat.

How have they been seasoned? Do they leave residue or just pure simply iron with oil ?

It has a nonstick coating (Whitford Xylan plus). They don’t leave any residue.
You can season it with vegetable oil after several uses to keep the coating in a good condition.
