FAQ
Does it work on both carpet and hard surfaces?

Yes, the Quantum X works on all surfaces, including carpets, hardwood floors, tile, rugs, etc.

If this is utilized on carpet, how wet would it get? Would there be a need for a “dry time”?

There is no water that would come in contact with the carpet. This is a vacuum cleaner and not a carpet cleaner. The water in the basin is the filter. There are no other filters in the vacuum.
