The PWB is a customized workout bench that allows you to perform multiple exercises without weights. From bench presses to seated rows, this full-size bench comes equipped with adjustable seat back positions ranging from 0-90°. The adjustable resistance bands also make it easy to adjust them to your desired resistance and length. The folding design allows for easy, compact storage for when you're not working out.

Do you need to purchase additional resistance bands?

No, the PWB comes with 2 bands.

Can other resistant bands be used with this product?

Other bands can be used with the bench but probably not with the handles due to the width of the locking feature.

Does the bench decline?

The bench does not decline but does have several ranges of motion i.e. flat bench, incline & military press.

How strong is the band resistance?

Each band is rated for 47-50lb of resistance. The bench unit comes with 2 bands (one for each handle). The handle holds up to 3 bands each.
