The Proper Coffee Cold Brew Maker is a blend of old Japanese style coffee making with a modern look and feel, blending Japanese tradition with modern chemistry. With 12 hours of brew time, it produces a syrupy-sweet fusion that can only be enjoyed with time and patience.
All vessels within its delicate structure are made from glass including the top reservoir, filter funnel, and bottom coffee vessel. The process takes up to 12 hours at a recommend 43 to 47 drips per minute rate, resulting in a sweet, flavorful coffee with a nice caffeine kick without the acidity common to a hot-brew method. This model includes a custom stone filter concept that traps the most moisture into the greatest surface area of the coffee grinds. Thisallows the for greater extraction of thick rum like coffee syrup. Engineered out of aluminum and cut with water, the coffee maker is designed to last forever, creating a great conversation piece for guests within your house or office.
