Based in Mölnlycke, Sweden and Santa Barbara, California, Precis develops ultra premium Swedish spirits made from the purest spring water —no filtration is necessary.

Precis Vodka is the product of their unique Precision Distilling™ that combines traditional Swedish hand crafted techniques with a modern distillation process. It goes through five separate distillations and is ruggedly strained, never filtered, creating a smooth and clean finish.

Aquavit is a traditional Scandinavian digestive. Precis Aquavit is made from smooth Precis vodka and only natural herbs such as caraway and dill for a spirit that is light and surprising mellow, with a long and slightly sweet finish. The quality is noticeable in every sip.

An important component is the purity of the water used at all phases of the distilling process. Swedish water is highly regarded for its purity, and the water from the Swedish Lake Boren is of particularly outstanding quality. Purity tests show total dissolved solids of 125, which compares favorably to the best bottled waters around the world. Precis sources all their water from the Motala Kommun municipal district which draws its water from Lake Boren.

Each bottle is carefully hand-blown and inspired by traditional Swedish glassblowing techniques. The vodka is poured from a two-toned glass bottle that transitions from a clear base to an opaque pale blue topped with a unique jumping pourer cap. The golden Aquavit flows elegantly from a crystal-clear bottle.
