Led by president and CEO Rion Morgenstern, the Pleasant Mattress team works closely to develop and execute the most up-to- date mattress designs that deliver on comfort and support for a restful night’s sleep. Morgenstern’s background in technology and production pushes the team to develop best in breed designs by looking outside of the typical mattress arena for inspiration. He’s joined by Mike Moore, whose extensive 20-plus years in the mattress industry arm the team with the expertise in the technical aspects of mattress production and marketing. Jennie Schuh rounds out the design team with an artist’s eye for detail, fabric design and a feminine viewpoint, which is often missing in mattress circles.
