Farm-raised caviar from the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedti), this wonderful sampling exhibits all the desired qualities of a great Russian batch: a brown color, with an attractive, almost mirror-like sheen. These shimmering grains have a silky, buttery and nutty flavour reminiscent of sweet corn.
