Roses are Red (Classic)

Crafted, wood-burned, and handpainted at their shop in Winona, Minnesota, Pillbox Bat Co. creates artisan quality baseball bats that are a true celebration of craftsmanship, sportsmanship, and classic vintage design. Their 34" bats are constructed from solid ash wood, and emblazoned with the Pillbox Bat Co. mark just above the grip. Hang it on the wall, or lather up the pine tar and put it to use in a pickup game with the folks around the block. Playball!

The Roses are Red bat is an ode to the age old tradition of ladies throwing flowers onto the field to welcome their favorite players. Games won't always come up roses, but here's to all the game-changing performers out there.

The "Classic" model is a modern day throwback. It's inspired by bats from the early 1900s with a slightly thicker handle and a slow taper through the barrel, with a modern, entirely Pillbox flare at each end making a stunning bat with both vintage sensibilities and impeccable design.

The "Mushroom" model" was also a very popular model in the early 1900s, but the knob at the end is meant to counterbalance the barrel, producing a more balanced bat, and a more vintage look.
