Kentuck Knob Necklace
Product Description
This necklace was inspired by the hexagonal skylights in the eaves of the terrace of the I. N. Hagan House in Chalk Hill, PA. The necklace design features textured elements that reference the dentil molding trim on the beautiful house, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1954. The building, like this necklace, was created to appear organic and yet outstandingly beautiful.

About the Designer

While a tabletop designer for west elm, and the Director of Product Design for world-renowned designer Clodagh, pico founder Andrea Panico learned that no matter how small, all the choices we make are design decisions. In her career, Andrea has designed a wide range of products including furniture, lighting, tableware, carpets, bedding, tile, plumbing fixtures and graphics. Her love of jewelry started during her graduate studies in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. She now has a jewelry studio in the basement of her home in Montclair, NJ where she lives with her husband Gene McGarry, and their two year old daughter. Panico enjoys working with craftspeople she has met during her work and travel in various parts of the world and has designed collections that celebrate the artisanal influence of these talented people.
