In both instances above, you will need to use your Apple Watch cable to charge the watch.

Does the docking base have a standard cord to plug into a wall socket to power on or is it completely wireless and or cordless?

The docking base comes with a high-speed AC wall adapter.

Is the clock also an alarm clock?

No, the clock only shows the current time.

Can it be used to charge Apple AirPod pro?

Yes, you can you the wireless charging pad to charge your Apple AirPod Pro. In addition, you can use the open USB-A port (located on the back of the station) to charge the AirPods Pro as well.

Can you charge your Samsung watch on it?

Yes, you can use the wireless charging pad to charge the Samsung watch. You can also use the open USB-A port on the back of the station to charge the watch as well.
