Pascal Press

The Pascal Press is an all-in-one pressure coffee brewer and travel mug. Using a full immersion steep combined with a pressurized plunge, it can brew a strong and smooth coffee in as little as one minute. Unlike similar products out there, Pascal Press keeps your coffee separated from the coffee grounds after brewing using a patented flow-tube design, so nothing compromises the flavor, and you can instantly take your hot cup of coffee with you anywhere.

During the pressing, pressure is generated inside the outer cup by the plunger. The pressure forces the water through the coffee grounds, extracting lots of flavor in a short amount of time. Pascal's Law then steps in and the pressure forces the brewed coffee up through the central flow-tube leaving the coffee grounds behind.

Unlike a French Press, the coffee grounds and brewed coffee are completely separated. The brewing process stops after the press and you don't have to worry about your coffee overbrewing if you don't drink it fast enough. With Pascal Press, the coffee you press is the coffee you taste, no matter how long your adventures lasts. Each Pascal Press also comes with a black silicone grip, a leak proof lid and a 120 micron stainless steel mesh filter.
