PaQuí is crafted to be the smoothest tequila in the world with a taste profile that optimizes the blue agave to achieve floral, grassy aromas, sweet agave fruit, complexity and great drinkability.
The Silvera features a big fruity aroma of sweet agave. Notes of citrus, jasmine, and fresh green grass have a complex and inviting effect. A rush of sweet agave with floral, grassy aromas, and sweet agave fruit upfront is followed by vanilla, white pepper, and other herbal undertones including lemon and honeysuckle. The overall taste is complex, smooth, and round with some minerality. Lively and subtly spicy up front but finishes with gently lingering flavors and a soft, smooth finish. This tequila was crafted with 100% blue weber agave handpicked at optimal maturity on the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
Reposado was aged for four months in former whisky barrels of American oak to yield a light touch of wood. This allows the full range of agave aromas and flavors to be delicately balanced with the oak. The aroma features floral notes, spice, and fruit intermingled with cut green grass, white tea and jasmine. Subtle oak imparts notes of soft vanilla and custard. The taste balances fruit, florals, and spicy flavors. Earthy tones abound, with a touch of clove, mint and bay leaf. The flavor is clean and crisp with a delicate finesse, but the oak influence is light and tempers the agave without masking it. Aged 14 months in American oak barrels, the Añejo has a significant oak presence in balance with the agave fruit, deeper notes of vanilla, nuts and caramel. Unlike competitive añejos which are dominated by oak, it has a complex balance of oak and agave and a silky finish. The gentle notes of the agave are complemented by oaky tannins, licorice, clove, butterscotch pudding and custard. The flavor is silky and rich with vanilla and butterscotch flavors. It finishes with a little sweetness and lingering oak. Ańejo is crafted with 100% blue weber agave handpicked at optimal maturity on the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
