White House
Product Description
Build a 3D architectural paper scale model of the White House with this DIY scale model kit. The house was designed by Irish-born James Hoban, built between 1792 and 1800 of white-painted Aquia Creek sandstone in the Neoclassical style and it has been the residence of every U.S. president since John Adams. In spite of a number of major renovations, the exterior walls are the same ones put in place more than 200 years ago.
This model kit contains 12 A4 size paper sheets with the artwork, cutting, and scoring lines printed on. Simply cut, fold, and glue the pieces together according to the instructions to create your masterpiece. This model consists of 139 parts, and will be a delight for more experienced modelers.
Things that are NOT included, but you'll need: a hobby knife, a ruler, a cutting mat, white glue (PVA). A pointed stylus, tweezers, and scissors may also come in handy.
