Ishtar Gate
Product Description
The Ishtar Gate is the eighth gate to the inner city of Babylon. Dedicated to the Babylonian goddess Ishtar, it was constructed in 575 BCE by order of King Nebuchadnezzar II. The model is partly based on the reconstruction on display in the Pergamon Museum in Berlin.
This DIY scale model kit contains 6 A4 size paper sheets with the artwork, cutting, and scoring lines printed on. Simply cut, fold, and glue the pieces together according to the instructions to create your masterpiece.
Things that are NOT included, but you'll need: a hobby knife, a ruler, a cutting mat, white glue (PVA). A pointed stylus, tweezers, and scissors may also come in handy.
