Globe Theatre
Product Description
Built in 1599, the Globe Theater was a theater in London created by Shakespeare's playing company. Destroyed in a fire in 1613, a modern reconstruction of the Globe opened in 1997 close to the original theater. This 3D model is based on the current reconstruction with the additional of the hexagonal tower that can be seen in early sketches of the original Globe.
This DIY scale model kit contains 8 A4 size paper sheets with the artwork, cutting, and scoring lines printed on. Simply cut, fold, and glue the pieces together according to the instructions to create your masterpiece. This model consists of 239 parts, and will be a delight for more experienced modelers.
Things that are NOT included, but you'll need: a hobby knife, a ruler, a cutting mat, white glue (PVA). A pointed stylus, tweezers, and scissors may also come in handy.
