The added thickness and material types improve in terms of durability and other characteristics as heat control. It can be considered as heavy-duty with the note that any cookware that has copper exterior or interior is prone to scratching and discoloration due to the nature of the material itself.

Is this set non-stick? Is there only one frying pan?

Copper Clad Cookware Set does not include a non-stick coating. There is only one fry pan included in the set.
