What size wrist does this fit?

The beads are 2.5 cm in diameter. The default size is for a 16 to 17 cm wrist size.

Is the binding elastic or static?

It has a silicon line in 3mm thickness. The ends are securely tied then pressed inside one of the beads center drill hole. The wire we use for this item is elastic and significantly durable.
