What is the heat source? Do they come with it?

Ooni 3 runs on energy-efficient wood pellets that lend pizza an authentic
wood-fired flavor. Fire it up with wood pellets and within 10 minutes, Ooni
3 reaches temperatures up to 932F (500C), perfect for making
Neapolitan-style pizza in just 60 seconds. Food grade wood pellets are not
included in this bundle but can be found at most hardware and grocery
stores.
