Unlike their other blends, the Ethiopia Metad Chelbesa is an exclusive Touch of Modern x Onyx Coffee Lab roast. After being washed, fermented for 36 hours, and left to dry on raised beds, the beans are ready to be enjoyed. This special coffee has notes of apricot, milk chocolate, red apple, and black tea for the perfect balance of juicy, fruit-forward notes and a full-bodied finish. These rich flavors and attention to detail has led Onyx to award-winning recognition around the world.
