Ontario Knife Company, manufacturer of Old Hickory knives, is celebrating their 125 year in business with this series of Anniversary knives featuring special engravings and blade finishes. The Old Hickory line has been in continuous production for over 90 years and is an American institution, serving US Military troops well in the field for decades. Made with fully heat-treated, tempered 1095 carbon steel, it's fitted with attractive stained hardwood handles and secured with brass compression rivets. After assembly, these knives go through a sharpening process to guarantee a sharp edge to meet all needs. This anniversary set even comes with a decorative knife block that can be vertically mounted on the wall or stand alone on the counter.
