It originally comes from the roe of the sturgeon, a fish that lives mostly in the Caspian and Black Sea, but can be found all around the world. Osetra is considered the golden child of the sturgeon family. Bond's industry-leading quality standards for aquaculture mean all of their caviar is sustainably farm-raised in conditions almost identical to the ones found in the wild.
