Old Carbine Tequila Blanco is very delicate, smooth, and refined. It opens with sweet, spicy vanilla and orange cake notes and yellow pepper aromas. A soft entry leads to a smooth, satiny medium-bodied palate with subtle baked citrus and orchard fruits, brown spices, toasted nuts, and salty cracked pepper flavors in a gentle balance. Finishes with a gentle orange peel, pepper, and oak spice and fade.
