Oak & Eden was birthed out of a collective love for creation, innovation, and inspiration. Founders Joe Giildenzopf, Jamie Giildenzopf, and Brad Neathery wanted to pay homage to the old tradition of finishing with oak barrels, while cutting them down and giving them a twist. Oak & Eden's signature in-bottle finishing™ adds a spire, a spiral-cut piece of wood, to each bottle. This gives the whiskey a distinct flavor and character that sets them apart from any single barrel whiskey.
