The Ergo3D does not have a separate footrest.

Does adjustable mean "custom fit"?

Adjustable means you can adjust specific parts of the chair so that it can fit your body ergonomically.

- Headrest - it can be adjusted height-wise and also angles upward and downward
- Armrests - they are 4-directional and can be adjusted height-wise, forward/backward, side to side, and pivot outward/inward
- Height of chair - height can be adjusted
- Recline - Backrest can be reclined and there are 3 locking positions (upright, middle, and fully reclined)
- Wheels - comes with two sets of wheels (blade and regular casters)

Does any part of the chair come assembled?

No, all parts come separated. It does require assembly which takes around 20-30 minutes.
