Frankenstein
Product Description
The Frankenstein literary candle has been inspired by a masterpiece of suspense and the prototype of the science fiction genre. Frankenstein, or the Modern Prometheus, was written in the Swiss Alps by an eighteen-year-old Mary Shelley. It became an instant bestseller on anonymous publication in 1818.
This 1886 book cover comes from an edition that included an introduction by the Reverend H.R. Haweis, a Victorian Priest who wasn't in awe by the core of the book, but appreciated "subtle analysis of "moods."
“Remember that I am thy creature; I ought to to be thy Adam, but I am rather the fallen angel, whom thou drivest from joy for no misdeed”.
The Fallen Angel scent is earthy and dark, yet fresh and invigorating. There are notes of bergamot, oakmoss, camphor, cedar, and amber.
