NEFT begins with pure spring water that has been filtered through slate and granite far beneath the Rhaetian Alps for 50 years before reaching their secured aquifer. The oxygen-rich water is crucial for ultra-premium vodka. No demineralization at the well is needed, enabling the final product to maintain the distinctive character of the mountain water. NEFT is combined with only four ancient, non-GMO rye grains farmed in Lower Saxony and uses a proprietary triple copper pot distillation process with carbon layer filtering. The result is a vodka with a refined flavor profile and a natural, slightly sweet, ultra smooth finish that can be sipped straight, or to enhance your favorite cocktail.
