The Shogun Series Set features remarkable full tang blades made from 67 layers of folded Japanese steel for a razor sharp cutting edge and enhanced durability. The hammered Shushan finish reduces the drag of each knife to make slicing and dicing practically effortless.

The 8” Chef Knife is the perfect tool for the bulk of your cooking tasks. Long enough to chop the most awkward shaped cuts, but sized for comfort and dexterity, this is the 'go to' in any chef's arsenal. The 8” chef knife has a broad blade tapering up to a point which allows the knife to rock back and forth while dicing, mincing, or performing other essential tasks.

The 6.5” Utility Knife is exceptionally balanced for miscellaneous cutting tasks. A utility knife is an important sidearm for every chef, filling in the gap between larger and smaller kitchen cutting utensils. The shorter length gives greater balance and ease of use, allowing for agile handling for delicate tasks.

The 5” Paring Knife is a versatile tool that can be used in a wide variety of ways. The blade is extremely comfortable to handle and passes effortlessly through fruits, vegetables, and meats. The paring knife is mainly used for peeling and chopping, preparing garnishes, and trimming fat.

The Shogun Series set comes with the signature Magnetic Knife Block, an ultra strong magnetic double sided block that offers stylish storage for up to 8 knives. Made from matching Canadian Maple with a brushed stainless steel base, it's equipped with 8 lb of super magnets for a very solid hold.
